Overview
Generative AI for Work is a part-time evening group course for beginners, with no technical experience needed: 4 lessons over 2 weeks, with 3-hour classes from 6pm to 9pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays, live in Bangkok or live online. You build a personal AI workflow for your own work. It costs 19,200 baht, an introductory price, and the next group starts on 5 January 2027.
- Choose the right kind of AI tool for the task, and give it the context, examples and constraints it needs to do good work
- Research and work through long documents, PDFs, notes and transcripts while checking sources and spotting when AI gets it wrong
- Build reusable instructions and a personal AI workflow around the work you really do, with sensible habits for privacy and human review

Is this course for you?
For people who can see AI will change their work, but don't want to become AI specialists.
You may already use ChatGPT now and then and find the results inconsistent. Perhaps you have watched colleagues get surprisingly good results and wondered what they are doing differently. Or maybe you have avoided AI because the whole subject feels noisy, technical and full of exaggerated claims.
We start from normal work: writing, research, meetings, planning, documents, ideas, decisions and repetitive admin. Then we look at where AI can genuinely help.
Particularly useful for: managers and team leads, designers and product people, marketers and content teams, consultants and freelancers, business owners, HR, operations and admin teams, teachers and trainers, and anyone who spends a large part of the day working with information.
What can I do after this course?
You will leave with a personal AI workflow built around one real task from your own work: mapped, redesigned, tested and ready to use again.
Leading a team through this rather than doing it yourself? AI for Managers & Product Leaders covers the same ground from the other side of the desk.

Brief AI like a good colleague
Turn vague prompts into structured, reusable briefs with context, examples, constraints and a clear output, and improve results through iteration instead of hunting for a magic prompt.

Research and work with real material
Research unfamiliar subjects, summarise and compare long documents, and turn meeting notes and transcripts into actions, risks and open questions, while keeping evidence separate from generated opinion.

Fix one piece of your real work
Your final project: pick a task that takes too much time, such as a weekly report, client research or meeting briefs, then map it, redesign it with AI, test it and document a workflow you can keep improving.
What you will learn
Four live 3-hour sessions. Each one mixes short explanations, demonstrations, guided exercises and work on your own examples.
Session 1: Understanding AI without the nonsense
What generative AI is and is not, large language models explained without mathematics, and why AI can produce excellent work one moment and confidently invent something the next.
- Chatbots, search tools, research tools and AI assistants
- ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and other current platforms
- Context, memory and limitations
- When normal search is better, and when a human should stay in control
- What not to put into a public AI tool
Exercise: give several AI systems the same task, compare the outputs, then work backwards to understand why they differ.
Session 2: Brief AI like a good colleague
The quality of AI output depends heavily on the quality of the job it has been given. This is less about a magic prompt formula and more about explaining work properly.
- Giving context that changes the answer
- Defining the job, the outcome, examples and constraints
- Asking AI to expose its assumptions
- Useful output formats and breaking large tasks into stages
- Using AI as a critic, reviewer and thinking partner
- Building reusable instructions
Exercise: develop a vague everyday prompt into a professional, reusable briefing method.
Session 3: Research, documents and knowledge work
AI becomes much more useful when it works from real material rather than answering from nowhere.
- Researching unfamiliar subjects and asking better research questions
- Source checking and evidence
- Summarising and comparing PDFs and reports without losing important detail
- Analysing meeting transcripts and notes: actions, risks and unanswered questions
- Turning messy information into a useful structure before a meeting or decision
Exercise: work from a real source pack and produce a useful, source-grounded briefing.
Session 4: Build your personal AI work system
The goal is not to become good at chatting with AI. It is to improve how work gets done.
- Identifying repetitive knowledge work and mapping your current process
- Deciding where AI should enter the process
- Reusable prompts versus reusable workflows; projects and workspaces
- Simple specialist assistants, human approval points and quality checks
- Privacy and security habits, and keeping your system useful when tools change
Final project: map one real task, redesign it with AI, test the new version and document a workflow you can use again after the course.
How we teach
You learn AI by using it. We deliberately use imperfect examples, because learning how to fix a bad AI result is more valuable than watching an instructor produce a perfect demo. Bring examples from your own work: the closer the exercises are to a real problem, the more useful the course becomes.
AI tools change quickly. We review the teaching stack before each cohort and use the strongest current tools for the job, typically ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity and NotebookLM. The course focuses on methods that stay useful when the software changes.
What this course does not teach
This is not a machine-learning or AI engineering course. We do not teach neural network mathematics, model training, Python for machine learning, TensorFlow or PyTorch, fine-tuning or enterprise AI architecture.
If your aim is to become an AI engineer, you need a more technical path. If your aim is to become much better at working with AI, you are in the right place.
What you need
A laptop and access to at least one major AI platform. A free account is enough for some exercises; a paid account gives access to more models and features. We explain the options before the course, so you do not need to subscribe to everything.

Frequently Asked Questions
Need more answers? Email [email protected]
Do I need any technical or coding experience?
No. The course is designed for normal professional work and starts from the basics.
Is this a ChatGPT course?
ChatGPT is likely to be one of the tools we use, but the course is deliberately not tied to one platform. You will learn methods that transfer to Claude, Gemini and future tools.
Do I need paid AI subscriptions?
No. A free account on at least one major AI platform is enough for many exercises. A paid account unlocks extra models and features, and we explain the options before the course starts.
Will the course become outdated quickly?
Individual interfaces will change. That is why the course focuses on durable skills: context, briefing, research, evaluation, workflow design and human review. We update the examples and tools as the market changes.
Can I bring my own work problem?
Please do. The final project is designed around a real task from your own work whenever possible.
Is this an in-person or online course?
Both. Classes run live at our training centre in Bangkok, and you can also join live online through Zoom.
Do we get a certificate at the end?
Yes, you will receive a WCB certificate of completion.
Is this suitable for a company team?
Yes. The course can be adapted to your company’s workflows, policies and examples as private team training. Ask us about private training.
