About this event
Curious about product ownership but coming from a different field? This relaxed Saturday-morning session is for career changers. We explain what a Product Owner does, why the role matters in agile teams, and how skills from other jobs carry over.

Who it’s for

- Graduates exploring roles in tech
- Anyone who has heard the job title and wants to know what it really means
What we’ll cover
- What a Product Owner is responsible for, and how that differs from a project manager
- Agile in plain English: sprints, backlogs and the product lifecycle from idea to launch
- The skills you probably already have, and the ones worth learning next
- Routes into a first Product Owner role
You’ll leave with
A straight answer on whether product ownership suits you, and the first steps if it does.
