Why did you choose this course?
At the time we went to the course we had a first version of our website but we were not satisfied with it. It was too standard and wasn’t as engaging as we could expect. So we needed a UX consultant to review all the user experience with us. We decided to work with WCB because we got good recommendations from a friend.
What did you like the most about this course?
We liked the honesty of Carl! Thanks to it we re-started from scratch the UX with papers, instead of trying to add small fixes to a dysfunctional UX. The course was relevant and adapted to our need at that moment!
What has been your best achievement with your new skills?
Best achievement has been to refocus our website on the core idea and value of our project, putting in the spotlight what makes us unique.
